Abstract

The health emergency during the COVID-19 pandemic has had an external impact on various aspects of life, including the economy, health, education, socio-culture, and others. Likewise, PILOT processed food SMEs in the LOTO sub-district, West Ternate District, Ternate City, North Maluku, experienced a decline and continuous change in production to receive message production. For this reason, a pattern of assistance in accessing marketing of PILOT processed food products is needed. The pattern of collaborative mentoring carried out by UMMU KKS students and PILOT SMEs as a transfer of skills and knowledge on marketing access in returning market access management from receiving messages to continuous production. Transfer of knowledge and skills is becoming increasingly important in the development of MSMEs during the COVID 19 health emergency. MSMEs continue to improve their capacity. thus operating on a global basis and seeking to take advantage of differences in expertise, and access to a wider market both locally, nationally and even across Indonesia. This condition increases the important role of knowledge and skill transfer by KKS students as a form of learning and sharing roles in improving performance and competitive advantage in UMKM PILOT.
